The angle no single-country tracker has

Every other PortaSplit tracker covers one country (braucheklima = Germany, ClimRadar = France, and Austria's two trackers are Austria-only). AircoRadar is pan-European: when a buyer's own country is sold out, the map shows the nearest in-stock branch across the border — Austrians already drive to Slovenia for it; Germans near the border to the Netherlands or Czechia. That cross-border story is unique to this dataset.

Methodology

We read only public per-store stock facts, with a real browser user-agent and polite pacing — no anti-bot circumvention, no proxy rotation.
1,161 sources across 11 countries (physical DIY-store branches + a few national online shops), each re-checked about once a minute.
"In stock" = the retailer's own availability flag reads available; a restock is an out→in transition logged with a timestamp.
